★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to sell a piece of land. The notary public was really unhelpful throughout the entire process. I have had to do nearly everything myself from finding the addresses of the other owners to finding the property title. It was all on me but she got paid anyway. But the worst was yet to come because after having done all the administrative preparations, she said she had too much work to handle the actual sale and we now have to find another notary public to take this further.

She is not only very professional and knowledgable, but also very patient and understands the needs and the situation of its clinets. She really takes time to explain what one needs to know, which is even more important for us expats, not knowing the details and often struggle with the language barrier. When buying or selling you real estate, working with Mrs. Cherpion can save you a lot of money, time and energy and bring a lot of assurance to you, so you know you are doing everything in the right way. In subsequent experiences, i have discovered that you cannot say this about many notaries. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms. Cherpion and her team helped us with buying an apartment apartment recently. We bought the apartment in the strange times of Covid-19, but our work went well without any interruption. Her colleague Mr. Maillart was very helpful and responsive. We asked him many questions and he always answered very patiently. We asked him to go through the documents with us and he was happy to help. Moreover, our bank was Dutch speaking and other parties were French speaking with each requiring the documents in their own language and Ms. Cherpion managed everything very well. I asked for English explanation of the documents and Ms. Cherpion with her colleagues never disappointed us.
