★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I had a very rude welcom, due to a very incompetent helpdesk officer, who accuse me of not giving him enough information, instead of asking me gently the information he needed. I am visiting companies of the Port of Antwerp every week for years and it is the first time that I find such a behaviour with a new visitor. Luckily, next time I found a different person in the helpdesk, who was very polite. I hope not to find the first guy again: I still think that had something to do that I am a woman and that I suggested him to look at his email to find the email of the visited person (he probably felt caught, because he had not thought of it)...
