★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quel service ! 5h d'attente de livraison par rapport à la date prévu lors du dépot, puis mauvaise commande (cela arrive), mais personnel désagréable lors de l'échange qui nous accuse quasiment d'être en tord. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, également plusieurs heures de retard pour le retrait, nous obligeant encore une fois à rester sur place à attendre Nima Rent. Dommage, les produits loués étaient plus ou moins conforme à nos attentes !
 What service ! 5h of waiting for delivery compared to the date scheduled during the deposit, then bad order (it happens), but unpleasant staff during the exchange which almost accuses us of being wrong. As if that were not enough, also several hours late for the withdrawal, forcing us once again to remain on site to wait for Nima Rent. Too bad, the rented products were more or less in line with our expectations!
