★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tout d’abord je veux dire que le travail qu’ils ont fait pour nous est bien fait, les personnes sur le chantier sont très capables et gentils. Mais devoir attendre des mois sans aucune nouvelle ou excuse, un chantier qui démarre 9 mois plus tard que prévu, c’est très penible. Surtout si on a du mal à les avoir au téléphone et qu’on ne reçoit pas de réponse aux mails. Et si on a réussi à avoir une réponse, c’était toujours prévu pour la semaine prochaine... et ceci pendant des mois. Nous attendons toujours la finition du dernier mur... c’était prévu pour août 2017.
 First of all I want to say that the work they did for us is well done, the people on the site are very capable and kind. But having to wait for months without any news or excuses, a construction site that starts 9 months later than expected, is very painful. Especially if we have trouble getting them on the phone and we do not receive a response to emails. And if we managed to get an answer, it was still planned for next week ... and this for months. We are still waiting for the finishing of the last wall ... it was planned for August 2017.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le travail réalisé par les personnes ayant exécuté le travail est parfait, ces personnes sont très bien.
!!!! MAIS ATTENTION au patron et à la patronne !!!!!
Les responsables sont injoignables au téléphone! ... ou presque, il faut croire aux miracles pour réussir à leur parler.
Même une visite en personne à leurs adresses révèle parfaitement leur incapacité à gérer la clientèle et leur contrat. Dans cette société le client n est pas roi, mais plutôt une enclume !
Quand par chance vous avez le plaisir de parler à un responsable, celui à plein d'excuses en tout genre pour ce cacher de leur responsabilité (téléphone piraté, site web hacké, météo, ...) et leur incapacité de tenir un planning, ni même de vous en donner un.
Le seul point positif pour les responsables, c est leur politesse et la rapidité à envoyer devis et Facture !
Nous avions informé cette société en Mars 2016 que nos travaux commençaient, nous sommes Novembre 2017 ce n est toujours pas fini! Fuyez brave gens si vous voulez éviter les ennuis.

The managers cannot be reached on the phone! ... or almost, you have to believe in miracles to succeed in talking to them.
Even an in-person visit to their addresses fully reveals their inability to manage customers and their contract. In this society the customer is not king, but rather an anvil!
When luckily you have the pleasure of talking to a manager, the one full of excuses of all kinds to hide their responsibility (hacked phone, hacked website, weather forecast, ...) and their inability to keep a schedule, or even give you one.
The only positive point for the managers is their politeness and the speed in sending quotes and invoices!
We informed this company in March 2016 that our work was starting, it is November 2017 it is still not finished! Run away from good people if you want to avoid trouble.
