Leur savoir sur les produits est efficace tout comme la qualités des produits vendu, je suis client depuis 15 ans au moins j'ai toujours eu satisfaction A place that I warmly recommend for a simple reason, they are still real traders. Their knowledge of the products is effective as is the quality of the products sold, I have been a customer for at least 15 years I have always been satisfied.

Il nous faut retourner à ces adresses anciennes où l'on est encore accueilli par de vrais spécialistes. A Liège institution faithful to its tradition. It's rare enough to warrant the move. Je lis certains commentaires plus bas qui disent que c est beaucoup plus chers qu ailleurs;ailleurs où....? Je prefere payer 1 prix juste et me faire conseiller correctement Wonderful store with a lot of choice. The welcome is perfect, the staff know how to advise down to the smallest detail. I read some comments below which say that it is much more expensive than elsewhere; elsewhere where ....? I prefer to pay 1 fair price and get proper advice

Par contre les prix sont assez chers. Superb store. There is practically everything you want for the office. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to advise. However, the prices are quite expensive.
A	Annemarie Houtenbos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One shop assistant was engaged in a private phone call for the full 15 minutes that I was there, even though there were customers waiting. Another lady was rude and pretty uninformed about the goods her shop stored. My French is good enough and I’m fluent in English, German and Dutch, but she just did not want to understand me in any of those languages. Maybe because I have a disability? I don’t know. In the end I took my custom elsewhere. It would be nice if specialist shops such as these employ staff that enjoy working in a shop as much as they enjoy gossiping amongst themselves and speak more than one language: French is NOT an international language and Liège IS on the border of two foreign countries: Germany and The Netherlands. Maybe try for staff that have actually been educated.

I no longer shop there as one lady at the till was extremely slow when I only had 20 minutes to spend in the store. She served one customer for 15 minutes as I stood queuing, then a man came in asking for directions not to buy anything and she interrupted serving the firsr customer because of this. As I turned around a guy stepped in front of me so now I was third in the queue and first customer was still being served. I left as I don't think its unreasonable to call for another shop assistant if one customer is taking forever.
