We were told it's our post that's the issue despite us buying the journal twice, going to two different addresses, and when it doesn't arrive, it doesn't arrive at either address. Happened three months last year, the finally reluctantly reprinted. We are still missing the July one and a promised follow up never happened. Now the December one is missing. Hugely disappointing as we haven't been able to see the grandparents for ages due to Covid, and they've not even received their Christmas photos now. I know that getting in touch the blame will only be put on the postal service, which is nonsense. If ONE went missing, I'd agree it could be the post (even though we have not missed any other post and have a number of monthly subscriptions for magazines, craft kits...). But journals to both addresses go missing? There are on-off issues with printing color as well, and on the app the photos frequently rearrange. They got sorted by size rather than the order in which you uploaded them! I have been SO patient over the last THREE years. Never is banking on the fact that there's no equal service around, as that is the ONLY reason I'm still using it. Once there is competition, God help Neveo as it'll go down fast.
