Excellent quality chocolates, admittedly the prices are high ... but for an occasional pleasure it is worth it, however a little tasting would have been appreciated when shopping

La jeune vendeuse nous a prit de haut, on a demandé un emballage cadeau,nous avons reçu la boite de praline emballée dans un papier de soie dans un sac trop petit pour la contenir,ça fait classe pour des pralines dz ce prix!

The young saleswoman took us down, we asked for a gift wrap, we received the box of praline wrapped in tissue paper in a bag too small to contain it, it looks classy for pralines at this price!

I bought really expensive cookies and chocolates and half of them were expired, other half were close to expiry, but the staff refused to take responsibility. They blamed me for not checking the dates. Are they supposed to just sell expired things?? I payed for everything via card, and they returned my cash with no recipt. And they refused to excange or return the other half close to expiry. And they were so mean to me because I was a foreigner, not speaking their language. Terrible service, terrible goods. Wasted my money, ruined my day.
