★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered food from here as a friend told us it’s the best Chinese in Brussels. If so, we really don’t want to eat at the worst place.
The food was delivered fast to our home, to start with something positive.
The rice was boiled in a western style, far from the steamed rice you’d meet anywhere in China and which you can eat with chopsticks.
The dim sum were edible but far from anything served in Hong Kong or Guangzhou. The dishes to follow were as authentically Chinese as my ancestry.
Nothing tasted bad ?, it was just bland and westernised beyond measure.
The struggle and search for real Sichuan, Guangdong or Shanghainese cuisine in Brussels continues! ?
