As an Ambassador I did a first attempt for a Pick Up in the "Boutique", whilst ordering an exclusive set of capsules. However the personnel in the "Boutique" is not that skilled when dealing with a problem... Such a shame for such a good brand... Perfect place to buy a machine, but additional service is a big no no

Like many other reviewers already said: personnel makes you feel unwelcome, doesn’t know their products and is very unfriendly.

The person attending treated us like we were worthless, starting with a 'What do you want', 'Give me your account', with a racist look from top to bottom. We were not asking for anything but to buy damm coffee! Truly sad...
