She absolutely convinced me with her very personal approach. She gave me the feeling of really giving form to the ring (design) together which made the final engagement ring that much more personal as well.
On a practical note, she inquired beforehand about my budget and she made sure the design choices are in line with that. She finished the ring in the promised time and the result was everything I hoped for.
