★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis ce cours les cours de yoga depuis un an et j'ai fait d'énormes progrès, tant au niveau souplesse que maintien et capacité à gérer ma respiration. Le professeur est très compétent et respecte, dès le début, le rythme et le niveau de chacun, en étant toujours bienveillant et en donnant des conseils ou des petits exercices à faire chez soi, si on veut, en fonction des difficultés ou des points de tension de chacun. Les séances sont variées et se termine par de la relaxation (ou de la méditation). Gros plus : l'ambiance est très chouette et détendue !
I have been doing yoga classes for a year and have made tremendous progress, both in flexibility and maintenance and ability to manage my breathing. The teacher is very competent and respects, from the beginning, the rhythm and the level of each one, being always benevolent and by giving advices or small exercises to do at home, if one wants, according to the difficulties or the points of voltage of each. The sessions are varied and ends with relaxation (or meditation). Big plus: the atmosphere is very nice and relaxed!
