Last Sunday spent the day there for 2 pairs of motorcycle jeans and Dainese Shoes.
All went well till one hr of riding to Luxembourg, my wife was complaining the shoes was hurting her feet’s. Same to me but on the right one.
On Tuesday called Motokaiser for this issue and I was invited to change the shoes.
This Saturday I went with the recipe to change them, and also to buy something even more expensive.
At the end, a lady talked in French to the guy who was taking care of us and refused to change my shoes, claiming that were used .
Yes, was used same as my wife’s one and both 1 hr.
So, dont wana go too long with the story, keeping gently asking why this unfair treatment to us, they refused to change also my wifes one and asking to leave the store and they did close all lights to make us leave.
Never been treated with such an arrogant attitude from sellers.
