★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expérience plus que négative avec le service après vente , la personne qui gère ce service est plus que désagréable au possible , communication dénigrante par rapport au client , je ne recommande absolument pas , plus jamais la .
Cela mérite même Zéro étoile !
More than negative experience with the after sales service, the person who manages this service is more than disagreeable as possible, disparaging communication with respect to the customer, I absolutely do not recommend, never again.
It even deserves Zero Star!

Je tiens à donner mon avis sur FORD De Doncker Situation : Zoning de Mons-Cuesmes Tout d'abord très bon contact auprès de l'agence (aimable ,disponible,tout ce que l'on attend "d'un concessionnaire") véhicule bien préparé ,et services administratifs bien rodés ;bref ce fut une transaction idéale. Merci particulièrement à Monsieur Nell et à toutes l’équipe de Ford De Doncker. Je suis enchanté. Vos explications étaient claires et précises. Je ne peux que faire valoir autour de moi vos bonnes prestations.
Je conseil fortement à tous potentiel acheteur de venir chez vous.

Le personnel est très rassurant, accueillant et sympathique et ma voiture (qui ne vient pas de ce garage) a été prise en charge en seulement 2 jours là où d'autres garages m'auraient fait patienter 2 semaines.
Soyez sûrs que je recommanderai ce garage dès que j'en aurai l'occasion ?
I highly recommend this garage!
The staff is very reassuring, welcoming and friendly and my car (which does not come from this garage) was taken care of in just 2 days where other garages would have made me wait 2 weeks.
Be sure that I will recommend this garage as soon as I have the opportunity ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service from a car dealer i have ever encountered. Everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong.... and no attempt to resolve.... let alone help. we bought a brand new car.... and got it with damage to the paint and several items missing. trying to resolve this, they invite us in for a service 4 weeks later to fix and when we arrive no one knows about the appointment, we have to explain what needs to be done, they suddenly tell us they need to keep the car for several days without any previous mentioning or alternative ride offered.... and of course.... no one but the sales team speaks any other language than French! Even calling them and no one picks up in any department other than sales.....
All in all, the worst customer service i have ever encountered!
