★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Café naar mijn hart. Geen clublokaal voor smartphonefanaten maar een plaats om mensen te ontmoeten. Alle leeftijden en alle standen komen er over de vloer. Het genre café waar je alleen kan binnen komen en gesprekken aangaan. Dikke aanrader als je het gehad hebt met het hip gedoe en de profileringsdrang van de binnenstadse café's.
 Cafe to my heart. No club room for smartphone fans but a place to meet people. All ages and positions come over the floor. The genre café where you can only come in and have conversations. Highly recommended if you've had it with the hip hassle and the profiling urge of the inner-city cafes.

No pretence or swagger but comfortingly constant as fashion comes and goes it looks to just open and close again and again marking time like a ticking clock and elegantly if a little tatty it shows its groovy past from a different era and please long keep doing so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant neighborhood bar. Server was a great laugh. Loads of board games to play - Rummikub is especially recommended if you've not played it before. Nice big beer selection.
