J’ai acheté une « voiture » y a un an et demi. Je cherchais une BM X1 et quand y en a une qui est arrivée, on me l’a gardée. On me l’a faite achetée sans meme me laisser l’essayer. J’ai fait confiance car on se « connaissait ». Quelle erreur !
- Voiture reçue avec 1l de carburant.
- Baffle côté conducteur HS.
- Batterie qui tombe en panne la semaine d’après (gentiment remplacée).
- Deux fuites d’huile à réparer immédiatement.
- Les plaquettes de frein à remplacer 2 mois après.
- Un bruit fort provenant du pont avant (coût des réparations : 2000€).
- Filtre à particules à remplacer au bout d’un an (900€).
Au bout d’un an et demi de galère et de frais importants, je me débarrasse enfin de cette poubelle. Plus jamais !!
Bad experience.
I bought a "car" a year and a half ago. I was looking for a BM X1 and when one arrived, it was kept for me. They made me buy it without even letting me try it. I trusted because we "knew" each other. What a mistake !
- Car received with 1l of fuel.
- Driver's side baffle out of order.
- Battery fails the following week (kindly replaced).
- Two oil leaks to be repaired immediately.
- The brake pads to be replaced 2 months later.
- A loud noise coming from the foredeck (cost of repairs: 2000€).
- Particle filter to be replaced after one year (900€).
After a year and a half of hassle and significant costs, I finally get rid of this trash. Never again !!

The place is immaculate, the vehicles on offer are of superior quality. You feel confident there and the very nice boss is listening. I really recommend.

They’ll take your deposit and that’s the last thing you’ll hear from them.
UPDATE: I finally heard back from them after radio silence. It was magically after I left my review. I got some sob story about the initial salesperson breaking their foot but now someone else took the file. Yeah right. Anyway, I informed them that I was not interested in the car anymore. Then I got a harassing call from some sales person, which I told where he could go and subsequently hung up the phone.
After reading other people’s reviews, and my own experience, there’s absolutely NO WAY I’d waste my money on a car from them.

The owner is clearly a scam artist, does not answer the phone after taking money, selling cars that are missing paperwork! No CarPass provided with used car! This is Illegal!
The car was also faulty, but they will not follow belgium law stating 6 months of guarantee of manufacturing faults. In this case I had it checked and all mechanics stated the seller should repair the car. The car is not drivable and had to be recovered. I am not from belgium originally, but this company are not doing good business! They are acting illegally!
He now will not answer the phone and reply to emails. Even before I fully purchased the car, they delivered it late also!
Unfortunately, the matter will need to be taken further. Avoid at all costs!
