★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel teleurgesteld over de afwerking van zo een een genomineerd merk, was heel tevreden over de spots maar bij aankoop van de keukenverlichting was de transfo vol deuken! Na herhaaldelijke mails kan de firma hiervoor geen oplossing bieden, want de gietsukken zitten vol deuken dus alle stukken in magazijn hebben hetzelde probleem! Wees gewaarschuwd! een klantenservice! Dus voor mij NOOIt geen modular meer want de afwerking is niet navenant de prijs!!!
Very disappointed with the finish of such a nominated brand, was very satisfied with the spots, but when buying the kitchen lighting, the transformer was full of dents! After repeated emails, the company cannot offer a solution for this, because the castings are full of dents, so all pieces in stock have the same problem! Be warned! a customer service! So NEVER no more modular for me because the finish is not corresponding to the price!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fin 2017 achat de sept Lowieze Low IP54 et un Lowieze High. Il y a un mois j'ai du en envoyer un en réparation. La réparation a couté une centaine d'euro, plus de garantie et aucune explication sur la panne. Maintenant, je viens d'en envoyer un deuxième et même résultat. La qualité et le service sont à remettre en question! Je ne proposerai plus ces produits dans mes divers projets d'architecture. Je suis très déçue!
End of 2017 purchase of seven Lowieze Low IP54 and one Lowieze High. A month ago I had to send one in for repair. The repair cost a hundred euros, no more warranty and no explanation of the breakdown. Now I just sent a second and same result. Quality and service are to be questioned! I will no longer offer these products in my various architectural projects. I'm so disappointed!
