Zo kan je ook zien of er eventueel dingen meer kosten en wat die prijzen dan zijn (denk maar aan inloopdouche chappen) Chape is echt top gelegd. Mooi ingesneden in de hoeken. Tevreden van hun werk! In our new building, Miva has done both PUR and Chape. Clear offer with a nice subdivision what exactly will cost. This way you can also see whether things may cost more and what those prices are (just think of a walk-in shower) Chape is really well laid. Nicely cut in the corners. Satisfied with their work!

De prijszetting was ok, het contact gemakkelijk, de planning tot en de uitvoering zelf was kwalitatief. Voor de Pur isolatie en chape binnenin het huis heb ik hen ook gecontacteerd en dit verloopt ook zeer vlot. Kortom een firma die zeer aan te raden is voor iedereen die met een bouwproject bezig is. Good supplier of flat roof sloping ceilings. They score in all areas. The pricing was okay, the contact was easy, the planning up to the execution itself was qualitative. De zaakvoerder coördineert de werken en is zelf aanwezig bij de uitvoering. Hij is zeer hands-on en denkt heel goed mee met de klant. Het bedrijf is heel bereikbaar per telefoon en per e-mail. De planning werd ook minutieus gevolgd. I would recommend MIVA projects to anyone. This company has installed EPS insulation and Chape with us. The manager coordinates the work and is present during the execution. He is very hands-on and thinks along with the customer very well. The company is very accessible by phone and email. The planning was also meticulously followed.

Niveau van chape niet zo uitgevoerd als afgesproken, chape niet correct voor hoek gestopt en veel krassen in de vensters gelaten. Pur and screed floor carried out by Miva. 3 meetings to discuss the details and afterwards still not carried out. Level of screed not performed as agreed, screed not correctly stopped for corner and many scratches left in the windows.
