β β β β β Stay away!! Prices are very expensive (13 euro for the cheapest key!) and the staff are very rude, especially if you are a foreigner. Go somewhere else!

β β β β β I took my shoes for a heel and sole change, the sole came off the first time I wore them (I payed 35 Euros) I came back and they "fixed" it again only for it to start coming off again as soon as I arrived home with the shoes (unworn). The men working there are very kind, but sadly they are either not skilled as shoemakers or the quality of the materials they use is very very low. To avoid!

β β β β β I dropped my shoes ? for cleaning and polishing. They said 1 week. I waited 7 days and returned to collect the shoes. They said two more days (ugh). I waited another week. Finally picked up the shoes ? and the quality of the shine versus the price was disappointing. There was no care in the polish. The shoes didnβt look refreshed instead they looked dull. After a shoe shine I want my shoes to look new.

β β β β β Supposed to be closed between 2 and 2:30 pm. However, I passed by at 1 and it was closed (no sign, no note, nothing). Waited half an hour but no one never showed up.

β β β β β Informative but pretty pricey and unflexible, really slow service. For a sceleton key they require a week time and 20eur, in Croatia this is acheavable in 5min and costs 4eur, but the problem is general in Belgium. Prepare the nerves in case you loose or break keys.
