I was hoping to get a professional service for the price of 60 eur.. My laptop was not powering on and I was told it had problems with the motherboard. I had asked for a lab report which was promised for 60 eur for which I was told to wait for another two weeks and after two weeks I had to call them to check the status.. At last I went to collect back the laptop with nothing fixed and no offer to replace the motherboard.. At last I was offered to write a report in writing if I really need it.. Disappointing and highly advice to stay away..

I brought this morning my daughter's Iphone to repair the screen. They called me saying that the button of the Iphone was also damaged. The button was working perfectly until l brought this phone to their shop. I had to pay 100 euro for the screen replacement despite the button damaged. I wonder which technical resources they employ to assist their clients. I would not recommend this place and this is the last time I will request assistance from this company.

Very poor service. They proudly claim to be "techniciens professionnels" but the only professional thing they do is to pick money from your wallet without any reason. I paid 60€ for a completely useless diagnostic, I just had a broken charger. He could just try a new charger straight away without pay the diagnostic and drop my laptop there for a week. Loudmouth and ridiculous. Highly unrecommended.

Horrible service! It took them 1 week to run a diagnostic on my laptop and they ruined the laptop case when they opened it! When i pointed this out to them they said they couldn’t do it otherwise. Oh, they also insisted that i should have known better because they called to let me know one screw does not open. Avoid the place like the plague!

Slow service, but strongly customer-focused. I spilled some water on my laptop and my keyboard was not working anymore. So I went there and asked for a keyboard change. They made the diagnostic and then ordered the new keyboard. Unfortunately, they changed the keyboard layout (I had a qwertz original and they put me a azerty). When I came to pick up the laptop, I discovered it and complained. They offered me to change the laptop keyboard with a new quertz one, but this would have taken some time, because of a new order and non-standard. So I had to wait three weeks more, and then when I picked it up, I discovered that the only thing they did was to place some stickers on the different keys. I complained and they explained to me that it was not possible to receive a non-belgian keyboard into Belgium through the official laptop producer website site. So, as a form of compensation, they reimbursed me part of the originally-agreed cost of the keyboard replacement.

I have never received such bad service. I brought the laptop and told them that the problem was the motherboard. They took my laptop and did not register my details correctly (wrong name, wrong email address, not linked to my company, basically everything wrong). They charged my 60€ to "check" my laptop. 2 weeks later, after I had called them multiple times, they got back to me to tell me that the problem was the motherboard and that they could do nothing for me (they still kept the 60€ obviously...). It is now weeks that I have been trying to get an invoice with the right details from them and they are totally unresponsive.

Terrible service! It took them 1 week to run a diagnostic on my laptop and they broke the laptop case when they opened it! I paid 60€ in advance et they told me they will find the problem. After 1 week, they called me to say “sorry we couldn’t find the problem.” They also couldn’t close the bottom case. So I paid 60€ to for breaking my laptop. It’s a nice experience, isn’t it ?
