Nous avons demandé une remise professionnelle et le Monsieur s'est vexé directement, nous conseillant de raccrocher et d'aller à la concurrence. Ce que je conseille de faire vu qu'ils n'accordent aucune remise sur le prix catalogue en-dessous de 5000 euros, contrairement à leurs concurrents.
Et pour répondre à votre commentaire, j'ai très bien compris votre offre, et au moment de me répondre, vous saviez manifestement de quoi il s'agissait. On peut constater que lorsqu'il fauit écrire un commentaire public vous etes moins virulents que par téléphone. D'autant plus déplorable.
Never seen such a terrible telephone reception. We asked for a professional discount and the gentleman got upset directly, advising us to hang up and go to the competition. What I advise to do since they do not grant any discount on the list price below 5000 euros, unlike their competitors.
And to respond to your comment, I understood your offer very well, and when you answered me, you obviously knew what it was. We can see that when it comes to writing a public comment you are less virulent than over the phone. All the more deplorable.

Der Service war von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis Verkauf sehr gut und wir kommen wieder gerne auf Miratools zurück.
