Aucune explication comme si on était de parfaits ignares et qu'on n'aurait de toute façon pas compris, nous reprenant le produit des mains et nous en confiant un autre sans justification, on doit insister pour connaître les caractéristiques techniques et le prix pendant que la vendeuse nous réclame déjà le paiement. Aucun accueil, longue attente avant de pouvoir parler a quelqu'un, l'impression de déranger. A la lecture des autres commentaires ce n'est malheureusement pas un fait isolé, ni un vendeur isolé. Second visit to Miniox Waterloo, second time that the salespeople (a different person each time) are contemptuous. No explanation as if we were complete ignoramuses and that we would not have understood anyway, taking the product from our hands and entrusting us with another without justification, we must insist on knowing the technical characteristics and the price while the saleswoman is already asking us for payment. No reception, long wait before being able to speak to someone, the impression of disturbing. On reading the other comments, this is unfortunately not an isolated fact, nor an isolated seller.

Nous passeront par COLORA qui est certe un peu plus loin et reste un peu plus cher, mais offre un meilleur service. No service, no advice.......they leave their clients whether young or very old to fend for themselves, refuse to give advice. We will pass by COLORA which is certainly a little further and remains a little more expensive, but offers a better service.
