We have just experienced the most amazing restaurant. We have visited before but have bought our daughters here for a Belgian experience. The ambiance and attention to detail in this restaurant is amazing, the meal was perfect and served with passion. It is a place you must visit they have made my husband's 65th birthday a lovely experience, thank you.

Most DIRTY and Horrible food..... Owner the most rude and Racists person ever meet in my life. Cheated on the bill amount .... Never ever go to restaurant like this as it is so unfriendly for kids also

Terrible service. Unruly staff. Food made me sick for days. Threw up after eating. Exorbitant price for portion size.

Amazing food , huge portions, well worth the money, wonderful service, beautiful setting, lady speaks french, English and German that we were offered, definitely worth a visit

We found it on Google Maps, while on our 2nd stay in De Panne. It looked super cool so we called to book a table. Our only mistake was to not specify we were a family with 2kids and that we needed one highchair. Once arrived in the place, we were told to leave the pram OUTSIDE(it was raining), that they didn't have any high chair available and the lady claimed it was our fault because we did not specify it while booking. No other kid was there at the moment so obviously there was no high chair at all. We had a 11months old baby and we seated him on one of the chairs around the table (in a very tiny space due also to Covid-19 safety measures). The lady came saying to be careful to the wall and to pay attention to not scratch the wall with the chair the baby was using and asking if the baby was taking something from the menu, explicitly annoyed by our negative response. To sum up: not a family friendly place, very unflexible and rude. They claim to serve Italian dishes as well but they should know that in Italian restaurants the first thing is to make the client feels like at home. We are Italians and we know very well how to treat the tourists. Btw, if you write "primi" on the menu it is implicit that you mean "main course" so, it is useless to ask, when I chose a dish from that "primi", if I want it as a starter or if you have to do it as a main. There are tons of other nice place in De Panne. Do not waste your time and money on this.

My wife and I stopped there for lunch after a long walk in the beautiful de westhoek reserve. We went in without high expectations (we knew food would be average) but came out extremely disappointed inrespectively. My wife, vegetarian, ordered penne with pesto gratin. To our surprise this place puts chicken to make pesto (clearly there was no mention of chicken in the menu). The manager response was "we have done pesto with chicken for over 15 years". Obviously, no offer to change her dish. Final surprise when we asked for the bill. A bottle of sparkling water (0.75 liter) cost us 9.90 euro!! Note a beer 0.33 liter is a reasonable 3 euro. To my surprise, the rude manager invites us to stay home next time. Next time we will just avoid Milord.

One of my worst restaurant experience. The staff was unfriendly, even rude. They don't seem to like children neither. My carbonara with extremely salty, everybody on my table tried and confirmed it was uneatable. I told the owner and she said it is like that and it is normal that it is salty without even trying it. She said she sells a lot of those so it is good. I was shocked by this reply and I would give them the award of the worst customer service. Also the price are very high for this lack of quality. A friend of mine have me a piece of his pizza so I don't starve and honestly, it was not a good pizza. Avoid at all costs.

We had quite a long wait to get seated on the table we had booked. The pasta was ok but I'm pretty sure the pizza came out of a freezer - at least the base. The staff were competent but don't take much pleasure in their work. With an awkward atmosphere; the place smells of bad management.
