The best delicious steak experience at city center

Almost a 5 star: Pro's; -Great steak and wine, select items -Pleasant, classy "old timey" vibe and romantic lighting -Service / staff makes you feel valued. -Feels expensive but isn't. 1 con: the romantic atmosphere is a bit ruined by the pop music which feels completely out of place but is unfortunately standard these days. This place totally needs quite jazzy background music.

1h30 waiting for our food when the restaurant was half empty, the meat was tasty but nothing special for the price and we could see a mouse in the dinning room. Good point: the waiters were nice and did their best.

We came here during our stay at the Marriott Hotel. The reviews were good, so we thought we’d give it a try. Before being seated, we were told that the wait for our food would be long because they were busy. That was okay, we understood. However, they took so long to take our order that the waiter says the kitchen is about to close so you can only order one meal and no salad as a starter. Okay fine. I ordered the tomahawk steak for two of us to share and attempted to order a cheesecake. He told me that I could not order a dessert. I asked to clarify that they could not simply cut a piece of cheesecake. He said no. So the food comes out about 15 minutes later and the tomahawk was tough and flavorless and cut up because he needed it to “cook faster”. Not even salt or pepper was on the steak. I mean absolutely flavorless. Even in the worst restaurant the steaks are not flavorless. We tried two different sauces (red wine and bearinaise) to liven it up, but nothing. We basically smothered it in the spoonful of mash potatoes to even be able to eat it. Not sure why all the reviews say that it is full of flavor when we literally had non. Perhaps it was a bad day or a new chef, but before you order the expensive steak, try a cheaper option for flavor first. When a restaurant post hours, it should service you fully until those hours are up. We arrived one hour before the kitchen closed and was seated immediately. No reason we shouldn’t have been able to order a salad and cheesecake. I almost asked for a refund. But didn’t want anyone to get fired or in trouble over the restaurant’s owners failures.

For a steak lover this place is heaven. Had the tomahawk, melt in your mouth with such flavour. I'll definitely be back

This is the best place that I've eaten at in a long time. The food was honestly amazing. So much flavour, so many juices, everything was cooked to perfection. The service was also amazing. The lady that served our table was very friendly and easy to talk to, and would also help with choices whenever it was needed. I've taken pictures that you can also see down below. I highly recommend anyone in Brussels to go here.

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Midtown Grill. I had an amazing ribeye steak with a couple of beers. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable and the food is fantastic. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Waitress - Kelly was super friendly and kind - big thanks. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Brussels.

I went there to eat a hamburger. I was a little bit disappointed because the place is specialized in grill meat, but the hamburger is not good. I didn’t feel the meat was fresh and the bread was not black as I saw in the picture. So, I think this place maybe is a good place if you want to eat a grill meat, but not a hamburger in my opinion. But the atmosphere is great and the staff was nice!
