★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vier weken gewacht op nieuw toetsenbord. Ze hebben ons heel weinig laten weten en we moesten continue zelf contact opnemen om info te krijgen over mijn pc... ( "vrijdag gaan we u bellen", niets gehoord, "woensdag gaat het binnenkomen en bellen wij u", niets gehoord, enz.).Het ging een week duren, maar heb mijn computer vier weken niet kunnen gebruiken! De service is echt nul! We vroegen om een compensatie, maar die kregen we jammer genoeg niet. Uiteindelijk werd mijn computer wel hersteld, maar niet alle toetsen zitten op dezelfde plaats. Helaas zorgt hun service/communicatie ervoor dat wij niet meer terug komen.
Waited four weeks for new keyboard. They let us know very little and we had to contact us continuously to get information about my pc ... ("Friday we are going to call you", nothing heard, "Wednesday it will come in and we will call you", heard nothing, etc.) It was going to take a week, but I haven't been able to use my computer for four weeks! The service is really zero! We asked for compensation, but unfortunately we did not receive it. Eventually my computer was restored, but not all keys are in the same place. Unfortunately, their service / communication ensures that we do not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils m'ont aide a recuperer des fichiers de mon portable crashe il y a plus de 15 ans.je n'ai pas oublie et y ai achete depuis un pc fixe et un portable.hier, le pc fixe ne demarre plus, grosse angoisse.je passe ce matin et le technicien ouvre la machine devant moi et repare le bouton de demarrage du pc.ouf je peux a nouveau travailler.des gens simples qui aiment leur metier et rendre service.
They helped me recover files from my crashed laptop more than 15 years ago. I didn't forget and bought from a fixed pc and a laptop yesterday, the fixed pc does not start anymore, big anguish .I come by this morning and the technician opens the machine in front of me and repairs the start button on the pc.ouf I can work again. simple people who love their job and help.
