★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently got a refurbished Laptop from the store in Antwerp, Unfortunately the laptop I purchased had a slight defect. When taking the device back to the store the staff working took the laptop back and got me the same model within a few days with no issues at all.
Very friendly people working at the shop, they also were able to give me some advice on battery care etc.
And I would consider purchasing other devices from Microforce in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and helpful staff and really good customer service! I went there to buy a refurbished iPhone in October. I wasn't sure yet which model to buy and they gave me really honest advice tailored to my needs instead of trying to sell me a more expensive model. The phone is like new and works perfectly. When the silent button got blocked a few weeks later they fixed it within a few hours on warranty. They even looked into phone insurance options for me when I asked. Really great place, will definitely go there again for anything iPhone related!

We took an old Mac Book hoping they would be able to retrieve the data from the dead machine and load it onto one of their reconditioned ones. However, they performed “apple magic” and it returned to life much much faster than it did when brand new. Simply brilliant service that we could not fault.
