Se dit à l’écoute cependant tout comme certains politiciens ou politiciennes fait de grands discours
mais rien ne bouge.
NE répond PAS aux questions qui la dérange ou y répond de façon évasive.
Communication catastrophique.
Commet des erreurs à plusieurs reprises lors de certaines transactions financières mais ne se remet pas en question.
Incapable de prendre une décision, à peur de se mouiller.
Manque de réactivité à déplorer.
Pas la moindre célérité, efficacité ni même efficience dans son travail.
Peu intègre.
Au niveau service clientèle nous sommes à l’opposé de la quintessence.
ZERO sur tout la ligne.
