Je krijgt een volledige en duidelijke uitleg over de werking en communiceert geregeld over de stand van zaken. Werkt zeer persoonlijk en houdt rekening met de stijl en noden van de klanten qua materiaal. Er is steeds ruimte voor feedback en aanpassingen. Fijne samenwerking en zeer blij met al het materiaal voor ons zoontje. Omdat het materiaal al een maand voor de geboorte beschikbaar is begin je ook zonder stress en helemaal gesetteld aan het ouderschap. Dank u daarvoor!! Daarbij krijg je al je spulletjes al vóór de baby er is, wat ongelooflijk praktisch is. Alles is van goede kwaliteit want ook bij baby nr2 gebruiken we ze nog verder! Een 2de hands geboortelijst is een geweldig concept waar wij volledig achter staan. 2de hands is namelijk niét aftands! En het beste van al? Na de grote babywinkel waar we onze eerste twee lijstjes legden waren we erg blij dat we voor ons laatste kindje voor Mic Mac Minuscule kozen. Elisha luisterde erg goed naar wat we wilden, en ze had precies wat we zelf ook gekozen zouden hebben voorzien voor onze baby. Alles mooi en in prima staat. We konden de spulletjes allemaal al ophalen een paar weken voor ons kindje geboren werd en waren dus al helemaal gesetteld tegen dat hij kwam. Wat een verschil met de eerste keren toen mijn man verschillende keren op en neer de babywinkel moest rijden om telkens nieuwe spullen die we nodig hadden op te halen! Een echte aanrader!
