Pour eux ils ont tout le temps raison quoi qu'il se passe et l'avis du client ne vaut rien. Ça s'est terminé par l'annulation de la vente...
Very bad experience! Extremely disappointed with the service. Well received at first but once we bought, the reception was completely different and they never listened to me at all. For them they are always right whatever happens and the advice of the customer is worth nothing. It ended with the cancellation of the sale ...

Nous avons été très bien reçu et avons eu des réponses à chacune de nos questions. Sommes ravi de l accueil et des conseils. Avons pris une nuit pour dormir sur notre choix et y sommes retournés le lendemain pour passer commande. Attendons avec impatiente notre salon. Plus ou moins 2/3mois de délais. Nous vous recommandons vivement salons wansart pour une valeur sûre. Salons haut de gammes et très bonne accueil et bons renseignements
Very satisfied with the service. Store specializing in sofas from German brands and some Belgian-made models. We were very well received and had answers to each of our questions. We are delighted with the welcome and the advice. Took one night to sleep on our choice and went back the next day to order. Looking forward to our living room. More or less 2/3 months delay. We highly recommend wansart salons for a safe bet. High-end lounges and very good reception and good information
