★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer dat je niet kunt kiezen voor NUL sterren . Dit landmetersbureau nodigt niet eens de andere mede-eigenaren uit bij de schatting en gaan af op wat de bewoner van het pand ( hoeve ) zegt . In hun verslag staat zelfs niet eens de juiste mede-eigenaar als bewoner aangeduid en nemen op zeggen van de bewoner aan dat er een pacht op het goed berust . Hun vergelijkingspunten met het geschatte goed komen niet uit de onmiddellijke omgeving maar van 50 km verder ?? Dit met een veel kleinere grondoppervlakte en met minder bijgebouwen erop maar toch met een grotere verkoopprijs . Waar zit de vergelijking ??
In hun verslag staat geen enkel positief punt zoals rustige ligging met verre landschapsgezichten en met een enorm potentieel ( 5 grote gebouwen ) om er iets van te maken .
Een verslag volledig opgemaakt in het voordeel van de bewoner - overnemer . Totaal onprofessioneel .
Too bad you can't choose ZERO stars. This surveying agency does not even invite the other co-owners to the estimate and relies on what the occupant of the property (farm) says. In their report, not even the right co-owner is designated as a resident, and they assume that the lease rests on the property. Their points of comparison with the estimated good do not come from the immediate vicinity but from 50 km away ?? This with a much smaller surface area and with fewer outbuildings on it, but with a higher selling price. Where's the comparison?
There is no positive point in their report, such as a quiet location with distant landscape views and with enormous potential (5 large buildings) to make something of it.
A report drawn up in full for the benefit of the resident purchaser. Totally unprofessional.
