Sans avoir eu le moindre contact avec le proprio, pas de devis, pas de bon de commande signé par le proprio, Méry bois a placé une porte coupe-feu dans un appart à l'insu du proprio Travail cochonné, sens d'ouverture de la porte modifié, etc… Tout ça dans un appart qui venait d'être rénové ! Evitez cette entreprise ! Ça sent l'arnaque. ????? Without having had the slightest contact with the owner, no quote, no order form signed by the owner, Méry Bois placed a fire door in an apartment without the owner's knowledge. Dirty work, modified door opening direction, etc ... All this in an apartment that had just been renovated! Avoid this business! It smells like a scam.

Dommage que certains produits plus spécifiques ne soient disponibles qu'à l'implantation de Tilff et que le personnel soit parfois peu accueillant. Good choice of wood and fair prices. Too bad that some more specific products are only available at the Tilff site and that the staff are sometimes unwelcoming.

Le lendemain, on s'aperçoit que ça ne correspond pas à ce qui était prévu. Nous n'avons même pas déchargé les panneaux mais il était hors de question de rembourser ? on nous a gardé 20% de la commande pour soit disant la manutention (320€ pour 1/2h tout le monde aimerait été payé comme ça !). Bref du vol tout simplement. Si on nous avait dit avant l'achat qu'on devrait payer 20% si les articles ne convenaient pas, nous n'aurions jamais acheté pour une telle somme ! PS : quand on me répond que nous n'avions aucune hésitation c'est faux, la preuve puisque l'employé a cherché une solution moins coûteuse... Et aucun commentaire n'a été fait de vive voix ? Mon mari a téléphoné et est allé en magasin pour voir s'il n'y avait pas moyen de faire autrement vu que les panneaux n'avaient pas même été déballés. On lui a fermement répondu qu'aucun geste commercial ne serait fait donc vous n'avez aucune raison d'être étonné du commentaire ? The next day, we realize that it does not correspond to what was planned. We didn't even unload the panels but refunding was out of the question ? we were kept 20% of the order for supposedly handling (320€ for 1/2h everyone would like to be paid like that!). In short, simply theft. If we had been told before the purchase that we would have to pay 20% if the items were not suitable, we would never have purchased for such a sum! PS: when I am told that we had no hesitation, it is false, the proof since the employee sought a less expensive solution... And no comments were made in person? My husband phoned and went to the store to see if there was any other way of doing it since the panels hadn't even been unpacked. He was firmly told that no commercial gesture would be made so you have no reason to be surprised by the comment ?
