Not satisfied with the service at the moment, it was different 10 years ago. 4 times on 1 month technician and not yet solved. And he was coming again

Uitdrukkelijk gevraagd naar horecatoestellen voor een horecazaak. Worden eenvoudige huishoudtoestellen geleverd. Wanneer we dit op de moment zelf aankaarten kon niemand ons te woord staan en was het niet op te lossen. Vaak aangegeven dat we voeding moesten weggooien omdat de toestellen het niet doen naar behoren voor horeca. Nooit reactie gekregen. 3 weken geleden valt het toestel uit, er zou een technieker gestuurd worden. Opnieuw niemand meer gehoord of gezien. Nu net vernomen dat ik maar niet had moeten verwachten dat we degelijke toestellen zouden krijgen voor die prijs!!!?!?!?! Niet te schatten!
Absolutely unreliable company!
Expressly asked about catering devices for a catering business. Simple household appliances are supplied. When we raise this myself at the moment no one could stand us in word and did not solve. Often stated that we had to throw away food because the devices do not work properly for hospitality. Never received a response. 3 weeks ago the device failed, a technician would be sent. Again no one heard or seen. Now just learned that I just should not have expected that we would get reliable devices for that price !!!?!?!?! Not to estimate!
