Ik heb foto s van Italiëlei,ganse winter kon je gene ladder plaatsen,daar t niet mogelijk was met de werken. Daarenboven was ik thuis. Er kwam niemand. Ondanks mijn vele mails,en foto s bewijs,houden ze vast aan 168eu. Terwijl het 3x 28eu minder moet zijn! Minstens! Het gaat mij om t principe! En ik neem dreiging inkasso ernstig,en ga stappen ondernemen. Ongehoord,en ik zal hen niet aanbevelen! Firma threatens with collection agency, since I do not agree with the bill. T	Tanika Kenens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercator cleaning komt regelmatig bij ons in de straat de hoge ramen doen waar niemand aan kan. Ik sprak iemand aan en ik werd onmiddellijk geholpen. De ramen waren perfect proper. Dit zijn ze 2x komen doen. Toen ik door omstandigheden het jaarcontract niet kon aanhouden (waarvoor ik wel had getekend), was de zaakvoerder enorm begripvol. Hij heeft zelfs de tijd genomen om onmiddellijk het contract stop te zetten, terwijl ze eigenlijk alle recht hadden om mij eraan te houden. Super dienstverlening. Ik raad hen zeker aan. Opdracht werd af en toe last minute geannuleerd en niet ingehaald en ik had vaak te maken met druppels op de parket en schade buitenshuis. Zeer moeilijk proces om tot een oplossing te komen wat betreft schade. Uiteindelijk heb ik het contract opgezegd. Not such a professional company. Assignments were occasionally canceled last minute and not made up, and I often had to deal with drops on the parquet and damage outdoors. Very difficult process to come to a solution regarding damage. In the end I canceled the contract.
