Mon premier réflexe a été de leur telephoner. Je donne mon numéro client et j'entends qu'une intervention sera faite gratuitement comme service après-vente. Les ouvriers arrivent, appliquent de l'huile en spray et s'en vont après 5 minutes. Problème réglé si ce n'est que je reçois la semaine suivante une facture de 53€. Je les rappelles un lundi et on m'explique qu'ils comprennent bien mon incompréhension mais qu'ils verront dans la journée avec leur responsable ce qu'ils peuvent faire. Mercredi je resonne car pas de nouvelles . Vendredi un responsable m'appele pour légitimiter l'envoi de cette facture et m'explique qu'un geste commercial a déjà été fait puisque habituellement ils demandent près du double pour ce type d'intervention...
