Impressive monument with a beautiful view of Liège. Also unique picnic area with ample parking space. No toilets.

Poorly maintained park. Lots of waste, no plants. Was a one time visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al jaren rijd ik hier langs op weg naar Luxemburg/Frankrijk. Tot nu vroeg ik me af wat dat markante gebouw is. Het is een landmark dat vol trots de haven van Luik markeert, die havens zijn op het achterliggende eiland. In de zomer kan je er leuk picknicken. In de winter valt het op door verlatenheid. De toren is logisch, maar jammer genoeg, niet te bezoeken.
For years I have been driving here on my way to Luxembourg / France. Until now I wondered what that striking building is. It is a landmark that proudly marks the port of Liège, which are ports on the island behind. In the summer you can have a nice picnic. In the winter it stands out because of desolation. The tower is logical, but unfortunately not to visit.
