★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not move here under any circumstances. While none of them are great, choose any other student house in this area, there are plenty. This one is absolutely unacceptable. Constant power and/or internet outages, nothing but cold water in the showers, and since recently rooms and kitchens have been flooded with excrement and then not been cleaned for days. It can happen that you wake up and you are told you will not be able to use basic facilities (showed, toilets, sinks) for an undetermined amount of time. You won't be told that by your landlord, because communication is inexistant. You'll have to find this out yourself when you see workers digging in the courtyard. The washing machine (for which you will pay an additional fee) rarely works and when it does it rips your clothes apart. There are at least 2-3 more student houses within a 2km radius of this one and there are a couple more slightly South, in Vroenhoven (same distance to Maastricht as Veldwezelt). Do yourself a favor and don't let the ridiculous state of the place you live in interfere with your studies. Because this one does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living here since August 2020 and so far I'm very satisfied with the place. I just moved from a room into a studio so I'm planning on staying here until the end of my studies. I especially enjoy the company of the other students as the community is very warm and inclusive. It's also incredibly cheap and not far away from the Maastricht city center. It's surrounded by a really nice landscape. Really not much else to say, I'm very satisfied)
