Arrogante man. Die alleen met zichzelf bezig is en niet met zijn klanten.
Alleen de makkelijke zaken zal hij wat aan doen maar de gecompliceerde als persoonlijke zaken doet hij niets aan.
Ga niet in zee met dit kantoor.
Hij bedriegt u waar je bij staat.
Deze 1 ster is nog teveel om hem te geven. Maar is het minimale stem.
Arrogantie, leugens en bedrog deze onderneming.
 This syndic likes the benefits and not the burdens.
Arrogant man. Who is only concerned with himself and not with his customers.
He will only do something about the easy things, but he does not do anything about the complicated as personal matters.
Do not do business with this office.
He cheats on you in front of you.
This 1 star is still too much to give it. But is the minimum vote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn met onze blok overgestapt naar deze syndicus nadat we moesten vaststellen dat we op onze vorige syndicus totaal niet konden rekenen. Voorlopig is Melior een wereld van verschil, zowel qua duidelijke communicatie als qua nakomen van afspraken. Hopelijk houden ze dit vol ?
We switched to this syndic with our block after we had to determine that we could not count on our previous syndic at all. For the time being, Melior is a world of difference, both in terms of clear communication and in terms of meeting agreements. Hopefully they keep this up
