Il est impossible de les contacter par email (aucune adresse visible sur leur site) et quand vous appelez au téléphone on vous raccroche au nez. Inutile d'y aller si vous ne parlez pas flamand et si vous parlez français l'accueil est plus que distant. Le cadeau de bienvenu (un couteau) pour attirer le client est conditionné à un achat. Je suis venu de Brugge pour visiter cet établissement, un fois mais pas deux.
This company filled my mailbox with unsolicited advertisements. It is impossible to contact them by email (no address visible on their site) and when you call on the phone they hang up on you. No need to go there if you don't speak Flemish and if you speak French the reception is more than distant. The welcome gift (a knife) to attract the customer is conditional on a purchase. I have come from Brugge to visit this establishment once, but not twice.
