DENTISTE À ÉVITER DU VOL
Un détartrage en 8 minutes et 5 minutes sur son téléphone. Jamais eu un détartrage aussi rapide autant dire qu'il n'a rien fait et facturé 4 quadrants . 70 euros
Pour mon mari idem pour le détartrage et autant de temps sur son téléphone et pendant ce temps on reste la bouche ouverte !! + un colmatage entre deux dents
sans enlever l'ancien plombage. 200 euros.
Et c'est pas fini sur l'attestation refusé par la mutuelle le prestataire était un radiologue rien avoir avec les soins dentaires.

DENTIST TO AVOID THEFT
Descaling in 8 minutes and 5 minutes on your phone. Never had such a rapid descaling as to say that it did nothing and charged 4 quadrants. 70 euros
For my husband, the same goes for descaling and so much time on his phone and during this time we stay with our mouths open !! + a clogging between two teeth
without removing the old filling. 200 euros.
And it is not finished on the certificate refused by the mutual insurance provider was a radiologist nothing to do with dental care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not easy to get through by phone. Maybe an online booking system would help. Not convinced by the attitude of the reception staff. You get the impression that they have some kind of superiority complex going on and that you’re bothering them more than anything else. Attitude is everything when you’re helping people over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't accept cards, had to walk half an hour to get cash, and after that they made me wait again. Very old looking clinic. But doctors are good and provide professional service. It's just this customer service and inefficiency that makes me sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. The people here barely speak english, obviously no dutch. No cash payments even though they have a bancontact device there. The doctor fails to do his time sensitive paperwork completely before leaving on holiday leaving the patient to wait for 2 weeks until they get back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making the appointment without good French was a bit difficult at the beginning. But at the center then there were really friendly staff and doctor, didn't had to wait long, everything was well described, even in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment today, when I scheduled it one week before they made me choose 15.30 or 16.30. I chose the later hour due to work and when I arrived at the clinic I was informed the doctor had left, that they had me scheduled for 15.30..... No call (not even to check why I am late, as they thought until I arrived), no other explanation than "some receptionists make mistakes".... Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for a medical exam, myself and one other patient were waiting 40 mins to then be informed that the doctor would not be arriving at the clinic and we would have to return another day. I drove an hour in to Brussels to sit in a waiting room and drive home again. The worst part is this had already happened to the other patient before. I have decided to choose another place.
To be fair, the X-Ray technician was quick and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst doctor cabinet I have ever been to. Some test results were incomplete according to Canadian immigration and I called almost 10 times and send several mails to Meiser for a printscreen to proof the results were send to migration by the doctor, but to no avail...
