M	Maëva Lufuma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’habite à Hoeilaart et on m’avait conseillé ce lavoir . Je suis extrêmement déçue, de un c’est hyper sale, le sol est rempli de poils de chien. Je suis même tombée sur quelqu’un qui lavait ses affaires d’animaux dans les machines ce qui est juste inacceptable vu que moi j’ai des affaires de bébé à laver. En plus de cela, plein de gens se permettent d’entrer avec leur animaux malgré l’enseigne qui l’interdit. Je ne suis pas quelqu’un de maniaque mais le niveau de propreté est très bas dans ce lavoir , je n’y remettrai plus jamais les pieds. Ah et LE COMBLE c’est que leur machine à payer deconne completement : on met les pièces dedans et la machine prend l’argent SANS comptabiliser le montant versé et la machine ne se lance pas, du coup on est obligé des REPAYER une deuxième fois et le pire, c’est que la machine ne nous rend pas l’argent. Bref de GROS VOLEURS !!!! I live in Hoeilaart and I was advised to go to this washhouse. I am extremely disappointed, it is super dirty, the floor is full of dog hair. I even ran into someone washing their pet clothes in the machines which is just unacceptable since I have baby clothes to wash. On top of that, a lot of people allow themselves to enter with their pets despite the sign that forbids it. I'm not a maniacal person, but the standard of cleanliness is very low in this washhouse, I will never set foot there again. Ah and THE TOP is that their paying machine is completely wrong: we put the coins in and the machine takes the money WITHOUT counting the amount paid and the machine does not start, suddenly we are forced to PAY them a second time and the worst part is that the machine does not give us the money back. In short, BIG THIEVES !!!!
E	Elly Laureys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen informatie over hoe de machines te bedienen (wel heel veel covid-regels). Aangezien het mijn eerste keer was, eerst betaald en daarna de machine gevuld. Lukte niet dus 8€ kwijt. Telefoonnummer gebeld. Niemand neemt op. SMS gestuurd.. Na een paar dagen reactie van de eigenaar en geld teruggestort gekregen. No information on how to operate the machines (very many covid rules). Since it was my first time, paid first and then filled the machine. Did not manage to lose 8 €. Phone number called. Nobody answers. SMS sent .. After a few days we received a response from the owner and the money was refunded.
