Et cerise sur le gâteau, mauvaise adresse de livraison (ils livrent à l´adresse de facturation sans tenir compte de l´adresse de livraison mentionnée à la commande). Bref jamais plus ! No response to emails, little stock available, partial sending of orders made on the webshop and incomplete invoices ... which complicates the accounting since the order itself is well paid in its entirety! And the icing on the cake, wrong delivery address (they deliver to the billing address regardless of the delivery address mentioned in the order). In short, never again!

Ils ont peut être rénové mais les prix ont triplés également. C'est honteux! Je vais voir ailleurs.. Le prix n'a pas augmenté au niveau mondial puisque que je viens d'en acheter à 7 euros la boîte chez un concurrent et que depuis le début du confinement 2020, j'ai jamais payé un montant comme ça.. Bonne continuation à vous I have been taking my supplies from them for 13 years and I just went with a box of gloves at 21 euros. They may have been renovated but the prices have tripled as well. It is shameful! I will look elsewhere .. The price has not increased globally since I just bought it at 7 euros per box from a competitor and since the start of the 2020 containment, I have never paid an amount like that. Good luck to you

Mon cas nécessitait une écoute attentive et j’ai été écoutée pendant près de 2 heures par la conseillère. L’écoute, c’est bien et cerise sur le gâteau, une solution simple et efficace m’a été proposée alors qu’ailleurs on me proposait de dépenser des centaines d’euros !
