Dr Dercon, you should be ashamed how rude you are to me on the phone when calling about my very sick mum and asking/ pleading for a house visit. Your answer was, // I am NOT comming! Your mother is old enough to call me herself!// and then she hung up on me! I was very upset and once again, this prooves, she is not capable to treat each patient or family member the same as one other! Its a real scandel!
R	Rebecca Clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr Dercon for a blood test and to get a referral to a therapist/psychologist, she asked me about my home and school life and told me that I couldn't be depressed because those were fine and that I didn't really need to see a therapist. I was 16 at the time and it stopped me from seeking help for my mental health issues. She also embarrassingly pointed out my scars and made jokes about my height. She also didn't let me know that my iron levels were low after the blood test, and I found out 7 months later when I had another blood test with a different doctor at the clinic. Very unprofessional.
