Very happy with my new laptop and I can only recommend Media Monster if you're looking for a 2nd hand laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we would strongly advise against using MediaMonster. Recently they upgraded the hard disk of a computer for us. When we got home, we found that the computer ran slower than before to begin with and then after an hour or so stopped working completely. I rang the shop (we live about 2 hours drive away) and they said that they would do nothing if I didn't go there. They did this in an impolite manner and I wasn't even sure they would do anything at all. So I took the computer into a local shop. They quickly diagnosed a faulty hard drive and replaced it with a new one double the size but half the price I paid to MediaMonster. The computer has worked perfectly since. My local shop advised me to ask for a refund on the disk since it still had a manufacturer's warranty (so easy for MediaMonster too). So I emailed MediaMonster. Since then, I have received a series of impolite emails back. I did get one polite call where I was asked to return the disk by post. I did this but they never collected it. I've learnt my lesson - stick to local shops where they offer quality service at competitive prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it was a good service. They chose the laptop with the best condition for me. So far it works smoothly.
The only thing I would recommend is the payment method. It would be better to provide another way with a debit card, instead of cash.
