★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Becomes little by little 'window shop', not really to buy 'expensive' things, because after service is a disaster , but it is good to have a 'first look' / compare , but to buy... only small stuff, due to lots of warranty problems in the past. I call it a 'self destructive shop on long term'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst store ever. i bought a fridge and it was supposed to be delivered after 19u, (sales person assured it was possible to deliver on tuesdays evening) so now it ends up being that the drivers have no schedules, so they deliver when they want or when they can, and they decided to deliver it today at 17u (when i am obviously still at work) and now they ask me to go and pick it up at the shop myself, not fair. i am glad i already found it cheaper somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are you aware that you Media Markt forces you to Accept a gift voucher instead of cash back if you return goods. I feel they should make you aware of the fact when purchasing someting and put up a huge board to make shoppers aware of the fact. I am sure 50% of shoppers will rather spend their money somewhere else if they are aware of the fact. I have put up a fight and got my money back after 2 days! Will never set foot in any media markt any where again. They are not trained, are not interested and are not HAPPY STAFF over all. In Germany i once had a great experience.

He said he will look into it and 30 minutes later he never return to me at all. I decided to look by myself and found it. I usually went to media markt anywhere in Germany, and must say Bruges media markt is the worst ones
