★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a washing machine because Media Markt has the service of delivery and installation. However, on the day the washing machine was delivered, the technician did not bring the necessary tools, and went way without installing the machine or giving me a date when he would.
Many trips and many calls to Media Markt, nobody contacted me to book a day to finish the installation. The employers of Media Markt at Zwijnaarde gave me their word they would contact me to solve the problem, but they never did. The company that does the installation, you have to call them at 0.30€ per minute, after long time waiting nobody picked up the phone and I lost more money.
Media Markt acted shamefully and as a client I was treated terribly. I will never recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Sony headphones from here and after buying them I get to know they have issues with connecting to laptop via Bluetooth. I tried solution Corner but no solution. And ironic is that if you want to return they simply do not accept because of so called hygiene. This is ridiculous,I mean, at the time of buying touch ad many items as you want and the time you are out of gate , it gets unhygienic. The support at return point is so unsupportive and unfriendly. Just repeating one memorised sentence again and again. So a suggestion, before buying confirm from the staff what if there is issue with the product. The terms and conditions of the product themselves are a trash now in this covid time. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a washing machine almost 2 weeks ago, it was supposed to arrive in 2 days. On the delivery day they canceled and I had to call for another appointment. They came 2 days later with the washing machine but the delivery guy wasn't aware that I paid for installation and test and he wanted to leave it at my door, I leave on the second floor and there is no lift so it was impossible for me to receive it so I sent it back. I had to call again for another appointment where you have to wait for someone to pick up the phone and it cost me more than 25 euros just the calls. We set another appointment that was scheduled for Monday a week after my order. guess what? It was canceled again and rescheduled for Tuesday and than canceled again and rescheduled for Friday. In the end they call me on Friday, they come but without the washing machine, they thought I already had it and only came for the installation. The guy called media markt who said it's going to contact me and explain what happened . Until now nobody called me, I sent emails and I receive stupid answers. I'm not going to call again, I prefer putting that money in buying another washing machine. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service that media markt offers.
I don't recommend it, the client support is useless. Don't waste your time and buy from another place.
