Aujourd'hui, j'ai demandé à la caissière ce qu'il en était et elle m'a dit que c'était automatique et qu'elle ne savait rien y faire. Le problème c'est que cela est illégale si cela n'est pas clairement annoncé et du coup cela porte un nom : du vol. Il ne s'agit à chaque fois que de quelques cents, mais le principe même est simplement de l'ordre de l'escroquerie et c'est totalement répugnant. I noticed, during my last visits, that the rounding to five cents was also done on Bancontact payments. Today I asked the cashier about it and she told me it was automatic and she didn't know how to do anything about it. The problem is that it is illegal if it is not clearly announced and suddenly it has a name: theft. It's only a few cents each time, but the very principle is just a scam and it's totally disgusting.
