★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het eerste contact klikte meteen en zo kwam het al snel tot een afspraak om de auto te bezichtigen. Eens aangekomen waren we onder de indruk van hun manier van werken. Een proefrit was geen enkel probleem en gebeurde in alle vertrouwen, daarna zonder schriftelijk akkoord een optie genomen (zelfs na aandringen zodat we toch iets op papier hadden). Een woord is een woord, zeiden ze. De tijd gekregen om alles te regelen en effectief, mensen van hun woord. Auto is pérfect geleverd (kleine bluts werd uitgeblustst en herspoten, lichtkapjes, grill en bumpers werden ook herspoten). Achteraf een kleine pech gehad met de auto en zeer snel en correct verdergeholpen. Nu, maanden later, ben ik nog steeds énorm tevreden van de defender!
The first contact clicked immediately and so it soon came to an appointment to view the car. Once we arrived we were impressed by their way of working. A test drive was no problem and was done in confidence, then an option was taken without written agreement (even after insisting that we still had something on paper). A word is a word, they said. Got the time to arrange everything and effectively, people get their word. Car was delivered perfectly (small bluts were extinguished and repainted, light caps, grill and bumpers were also repainted). Afterwards had a small breakdown with the car and helped very quickly and correctly. Now, months later, I am still very happy with the defender!
