Steeds in samenspraak en alles in het proces stap voor stap samen bekeken zodat deze helemaal naar wens is. Ben zelf redelijk computer analfabeet, maar krijg altijd voldoende uitleg zodat ik de site zelf (voor een stuk) kan beheren. Zo is het mogelijk om snel aanpassingen te doen op het moment dat je dat zelf wil en nodig vindt. Is normaal gezien 24/7 bereikbaar, en gebeurt het uitzonderlijk eens dat dit niet lukt, krijg je altijd zeer snel respons. Eventuele vragen of problemen worden dan voor zover mogelijk ook direct behandeld en aanpassingen uitgevoerd; Zit ik toch eens vast met een bewerking van de site, wordt dit steeds met de glimlach en het nodige geduld (telefonisch) opgelost. Op die manier wordt er zeer kort op de bal gespeeld. Ik kan alleen maar positief spreken over de manier van werken, een echte aanrader. Second website that we had designed and executed by Michael.
