I have called customer service five (05) times!! each time they create a new story, the first time they said my purchases would arrive in a few days. on another call they said they had some problems. I live in Brussels and their website says that they are also in Brussels. So there is no excuse not to send the purchases. be aware of this website: it's a scam

I called and mailed multiple times and got a promise that the order will be sent but up to this moment - nothing. My order shows status 'payment received' on the website and no further action. This is unacceptable! Please beware! PS: How can I contact you? I used the email and phone on the website, but without success... Update (March/2021 - 3 months after placing order): Finally I got my money refunded after contacting MDD Perfumes multiple times.
