Het verhaal van McDonald’s België begint op 21 maart 1978 met het allereerste restaurant op het Beursplein in Brussel. Het begin van een mooi verhaal in België, want vandaag telt McDonald’s 101 restaurants die onder leiding van 25 franchisenemers meer dan 5.000 medewerkers tewerkstellen en dagelijks 69.000 maaltijden serveren. Vandaag worden klanten aan tafel bediend, kunnen zowel vroege vogels als nachtraven in de restaurants terecht en kunnen klanten hun favoriete burgers thuis laten leveren.

Same taste as other McD outlets.
Variety in food options.
Cons:
Sometimes long queues and slow customer service.
They don't clean the messy tables frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pleasant experience here. We were able to order our food on the touch-screen monitors, and it wasn't long before our food was brought to the table. The area was clean, and there was always someone cleaning up the floor and wiping down the tables. The food was hot, and we received everything we ordered. Overall, great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service ever. More than 20 min only to get a McFlurry and a tea. Also, even though we ordered food in the restaurant they wanted to make us pay to use the toilet. What a rip-off. Will never come back to a McDonald’s in Belgium

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very very slow in the mornings, The manager included. They were polite though and delivered our order to our table with a smile. Perhaps they had a bad day. Lots of seating which is nice due social distancing. Food was well prepared. A much cheaper breakfast option than most for a breakfast burger bun.
