Promises to come see but sends his cat. Only sales are important. Small repairs and/or difficult repairs do not pay off.

The person in charge of the shop is very friendly and is always willing to help – we were very impressed by how promptly they reply to queries on email or Facebook (even on Sunday!). The workman who came to install our dishwasher was simply a pleasure to deal with. He was a total perfectionist and installed our dishwasher as well as we could've asked for.
We'd highly recommend this store over the big online sellers. There's no substitute for having someone care for their work.
